Will I have full ownership of my website?

Yes, once the website is created and you are happy with the final product, full ownership will then be transferred to yourself.

Are there any additional payments?

Yes, keeping a website live is followed by a cost. We use Wix as a default host, the cost to keep the website live is £16 per month.

Can clients book appointments via my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of the highlighted items within our designs. Simply set your availability and time durations and sit back and relax. Clients will be unable to double book, once a time slot is booked it will be removed and a notification will be sent to your calendar via the Wix App.

Can I take payments online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when a client books you will be able to charge them at this point. Alternatively you can set the service to ‘Free’ and charge the client in person. We recommend charging online, this way if the client doesn’t show, your business isn’t affected.

I sell products in my store, can I add them to my website?"

Yes, you can showcase your items for sale online and either charge customers via your website or simply advertise it ready for customers to purchase in person.

Why should my clients book online?

Accepted Answer

Small business owners lose so much time on a daily basis managing appointments. Why not automate the system, doing so will benefit your business in many ways:
 
-Clients will no longer need to await a reply from you to be booked in.
-Clients failing to arrive cost you buisness, stop this by charging them in advance.
-Reminders will be emailed automacially to clients to aid attendance.

Can clients change their booking online?

Accepted Answer

No, but you can edit the booking manually upon their request via the Wix app. This takes roughly 2 minutes. An email will then notify the client of the change.
